SCHOLARSHIP & INSTALLMENT PROGRAM
For Financial Assistance
(only available to clients who cannot pay by credit card)

It is our policy to never turn away any responsible person who truly wishes to better or heal themselves. We understand that there are often situations that prohibit people needing counseling from being able to afford our already-low fees and/or deposits. Because of this, we have made scholarship monies and/or installment arrangements available to those who need a more lenient payment schedule. You will need to call our administrative office at 850-492-3683 for an application for financial assistance form. Depending on your situation, you will be approved for an installment payment arrangement or a partial scholarship to cover the cost of your therapy. In rare instances, we have approved a combination of both installments and scholarship. Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis.

General Guidelines
For Financial Assistance

If you are Single	And your monthly income is $3,000 or greater	Then you do not qualify for scholarship assistance on the normal hourly fees, but you may qualify for deposit assistance and may be extended installment arrangements
If you are Married and have no children	And your monthly income is $3,850 or greater
If you are Married and have 1 child	And your monthly income is $4,700 or greater
If you are Married and have 2 children	And your monthly income is $5,550 or greater
If you have more than 2 children	add $850 per month per child to $3,850 and that amount is the upper income limit used to determine if we will extend any type of financial assistance
If you request financial assistance	You will be required to attend at least 2 hours of financial training as a requirement for receiving the assistance. This will be billed to your account if done on location or by phone.	If training is taken by mail the fee is $25 and it must be paid in advance
